If you are a new patient with Groupon or any other promotional voucher we will gladly accept it as payment for services. Once you are an established patient with Health Source Online. You may not use any promotions that have been purchased outside Health Source Online.

No vouchers will be honored from any company/platform unless issued by us for all established patients. We will assist you in returning the voucher if you, as an established patient, decline to reimburse us directly for the services, and would still like to use a voucher or other discounted option not obtained directly from us.

An established patient is any patient who received services with Health Source Online and established a doctor patient relationship, used any payment method, e.g. discount voucher from Groupon, or direct payment to Health Source Online for services provided or had any other form of interaction that led to an establishment of the doctor patient relationship.

By checking the box provided, you are giving your explicit consent to Health Source Online for the redemption of your Groupon voucher after placing your order on the Health Source Online website. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below before proceeding with your purchase.

Voucher Redemption Authorization:

Refund Policy:

  • a. Cancellation Prior to Shipping:
    You may request a refund at any time before your order enters the shipping process.

    If the medical intake form has not been completed, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

    Completion of the medical intake form constitutes a telemedicine consultation and clinical review. Once the intake form has been completed, Health Source Online will retain $25–$45 from the refund amount to cover the telemedicine services and provider review already rendered.
  • b. Non-Approval as Candidate:
    If you are not approved as a candidate for any reason, rest assured that Health Source Online will promptly refund you the full amount paid. We understand that circumstances may arise that affect eligibility, and we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free refund process.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@healthsource.online. Provide relevant details such as your order number and the reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the refund process and ensure that the refund is processed in a timely manner.
