Once your medical intake form is reviewed and approved by a licensed practitioner, your prescription order will be sent to the pharmacy. Please note the following:

  • If the pharmacy has already processed your prescription order, refunds cannot be issued.
  • All prescription products are custom-made to meet your specific medical needs; therefore, we do not accept returns.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, if you have already been charged for the current month’s program, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns:

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications and compounded pharmaceuticals cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our customer support at support@healthsource.online with your order number, the product details, and the reason for return.

Our team will respond promptly, providing you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Refund Processing:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions & Special Conditions:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made by Health Source Online (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Items returned without prior authorization or not meeting return conditions stated above will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please promptly notify us at support@healthsource.online to facilitate an exchange.
